    Our mindfulness meditation classes allow patients to cultivate awareness around the emotions they are experiencing and their reactions to them, so that they may begin to experience more presence and empathy in their daily lives and on their healing journey.

  • Breath Work

    We take our breath with us wherever we go and this can be a powerful tool when we use it to create more resiliency, mindfulness, and stability in our daily lives. Mindful Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system and can help relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression leaving us with a feeling of vitality and centeredness.

  • Individual Psychotherapy

    Our intensive Individual psychotherapy is used to help patients understand the root causes of their psychological issues, so that relinquishing addictive and other maladaptive behaviors becomes easier over time. Individual therapy focuses on compassionate, connected, client-focused and effective support through a mindfulness lens.

  • Group Psychotherapy

    Psychotherapy groups provide a powerful sense of community and can help to interrupt the feelings of isolation and loneliness that are often felt by patients struggling with addiction and other mental health issues. Our groups address common psychotherapeutic challenges, including codependency, alcoholism, women’s issues and issues primarily affecting young adults.

  • EMDR

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a modality our clinicians use to help alleviate the symptoms of PTSD in patients with trauma histories. EMDR can help patients to fully process difficult memories and trauma material in the safety of a clinical setting.

  • Addiction and Recovery Coaching

    Our addiction and recovery coaches work with you step by step to help you on your path to recovery. Your coach will help explore what triggers cravings, how to overcome the inevitable stressors life throws at you and help you stay focused on your overall recovery goals.

  • Couples Therapy

    Couples therapy provides a space for people in relationship to explore the issues that prevent them from connecting fully with each other. These blocks in connection can take many forms, from financial and work stress, to communication issues, infidelity and so much more.
